- Raw material procurement is a critical success factor in project execution. By initiating this process prior to construction bidding, we ensure that each project secures the specified materials within budget and on schedule. For instance, in our recent Wynn project in Macau, we commenced raw material block procurement three years before installation.
- Efficient Drafting is another essential element impacting project schedules. With a dedicated team of 40 drafters and the capability to scale as needed, Samfet excels in managing the shop drawing and cut sheet process, ensuring timely and precise execution.
- Our Distictive QA/QC reporting includes live 4K video feeds, virtual reality teleportation, Matterport system integration, and detailed progress reports. These tools enhance project connectivity, allow for real-time input, and reduce the need for overseas visits, minimizing surprises during material delivery and installation.
