  • Samfet provided the highest quality marble for the kitchens, bathrooms, elevator lobbies as well as the common areas and amenities. Designed to be both elegant and welcoming, the condominiums feature top quality materials including various types of marble and stone. The book-matched marble slabs and discreetly enclosed showers and water closets in the master bathrooms, as well as the timeless gray marble with recessed lighting in the secondary bathrooms cannot go unnoticed. Jewel-box powder rooms are fashioned in dazzling black and white natural stones.
